Keith C Boulter

Keith Boulter was called to the Ontario Bar in 1991 after completing Law School at the University of Manitoba. K​eith holds a Juris Doctor (JD) Degree.

Keith grew up in Richmond Hill and attended St. Andrews College in Aurora. While completing his secondary and post-secondary education, Keith found time to spend a year sailing the Caribbean and completed three short-handed Atlantic crossings: all in boats under 35 feet.

Keith’s professional experience transcends a broad range: Having started his legal career at a large Toronto commercial real estate firm, Keith has spent years in private legal practice and also as corporate counsel at a multinational consulting firm. Keith has also delved deeply into Industry, raising over $6 million dollars in venture capital to found a synthetic medical products company. Whether he has been speaking to the Winnipeg, Manitoba Chamber of Commerce as an expert on the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) between Canada and the E.U., or travelling around Greenland as a subject matter expert on contracts and partnerships working under contract with the Government of Greenland to assist local Greenlandic companies to better share in multinational resource projects, Keith helps his clients / audience / contracting authority or whomever he touches to navigate the path they have chosen.

Keith is proud to be Chairman of the Board of Special Hockey Denmark, a charitable foundation in Copenhagen, Denmark which he helped found. The foundation offers institutionalized children and youth with various diseases and/or challenges to get the chance to learn the game of hockey (ice hockey as they call it in Denmark).
